Cancellation Policy |
| Please note that we require a 45-day notice of cancellation for a refund of your advance payment less a $40.00 administrative fee. If you cancel your reservation or shorten the length of your stay within the 45-day cancellation period, you will be charged 30% of the rate for the cancelled days of your originally scheduled reservation. For reservations made within 45 days of arrival, cancellation or changes may be made without penalty no later than 24 hours after making the reservation. A transfer to another property is considered a cancellation. Please notify us immediately of cancellation. If you purchased the Travel Insurance, please notify CSA Travel Protection at 800-554-9839. If we are able to re-rent the unit and have to reduce the rent amount you will be responsible for the difference and incur a $75 cancellation fee. If we are unable to re-rent the unit and you did not purchase the Travel Insurance, the money you paid is non-refundable. If you did purchase the insurance simply put a claim in with CSA. |
